A Foreword welcome book on a phone, showing local day trips chosen for the property including Yellowstone National Park

Every stay, the same three messages.

“What's the Wi-Fi?”

Guests scan a QR inside the book and connect — no typing, no 11 pm text.

“Where do I park?”

Parking, door notes, and arrival photos or a video walkthrough — one tap from the cover.

“What's good nearby?”

The places worth the trip, with a reason to go — not a list of whatever's closest.

The part that's actually hard

Anyone can list restaurants. We give you the right ones.

Every guidebook app will hand your guests a list of places nearby. Nearby is easy. Getting it right is the hard part — the hot spring worth the drive, the breakfast spot that runs out by eleven, the one place you'd actually tell a friend about. Not four versions of the same dinner and a chain coffee shop.

Foreword picks for your exact address, checks every place is real and still open, and gives each one a reason to go.

What you usually get

“There's a great ski resort about 40 minutes away.”

A real pick from a Foreword book
Bridger Bowl Ski Area

Non-profit ski resort with 75 runs and a genuine community feel; worth a day trip in season or even off-season to scout trails.

Picks worth the drive

Real places near your address — dining, coffee, walks, day trips and outdoors. Each with a reason to go, not just an address. We'd rather show four great spots than pad to ten.

Arrival photos or video

Show guests the way in — captioned photos or a walkthrough video.

Printable QR welcome card

Frame it at the entry — guests scan and they're in.

Emergency info & host contact

Local emergency numbers and a tap-to-reach-you button.

Unlimited edits, same link

Change the Wi-Fi once; every guest sees it instantly.

10 designer styles

Coastal, Japandi, Desert, Rustic Cabin, and more.

Built for you, not by you.

Three ways to get a welcome book. Same job, very different results.

Questions hosts ask

Can't I just make this in Canva?

You can — that's the template route. You'll research every local spot, write every page, format it, and re-export the file every time something changes. Foreword finds the good places for you and writes the pages, and the link updates itself.

Will guests actually read it?

They read what answers their question in two taps. A QR card at the entry and a link in your booking message put Wi-Fi, check-in, and directions exactly where guests look first — instead of a long PDF attachment.

My property is simple — is it worth it?

Simple properties get the same questions: Wi-Fi, parking, check-out, where to eat. The book answers them once, for every guest you'll ever host.

Do I have to pay monthly?

No. The book is $29 once per property, and hosting, edits, and your guest link are included — there's no recurring fee to keep it online.

Do my guests need an app?

No. They open a normal web link on any phone — the QR card takes them straight there.

How are the local picks made?

Anyone can list what's nearby. We look for the ones worth the trip — real places near your exact address, checked they still exist and are still open, chosen for what your area is actually known for, and each given a reason to go rather than "great atmosphere". You approve every pick before guests see anything. Sections vary in length by design — a big city fills them out, a small town might have four genuinely good spots, and we'd rather stop there than pad the list.

Can I edit the book later?

Yes, anytime — Wi-Fi, check-in details, rules, notes, and photos, with the same guest link and QR card. You choose your local picks while building the book, and those stay as you set them.

What language is the book in?

English. The whole book — your notes, the local picks, the guest-facing pages — is written in English, and the builder is in English too. That suits most international guests, but if your guests need another language, this isn't the right fit yet.

What if it's not for me?

14-day money-back guarantee. Message me and I'll fix any issue or refund you.

Your guests are asking the same questions tonight.

One purchase. One property's book, hosted and editable forever.
